Now Hiring - Physical Therapist! At Doctors of Physical Therapy our Physical Therapists are the heart of our clinics. We are looking for a full time Physical Therapist to uphold our excellent patient care standards with one-on-one treatments and contribute to our welcoming and collaborative culture. We are looking for a Therapist who can create a patient experience that embodies the Doctors of Physical Therapy vision: to ensure outcomes via evidence- based practice and literature supported treatment which maximizes patient service, quality care, and clinical efficiency. Responsibilities Perform physical therapy initial evaluations according to APTA standards Develop a comprehensive plan of care for each patient based on initial evaluation findings. Understand reimbursement standards by insurance carrier and be able to design a clinically superior patient program that allows for heightened patient success. Demonstrate consistent Compliance excellence by (not limited to): o Develop short and long-term goals for patients o Implement plan of care o Provide comprehensive therapy treatment to improve patient well-being and return to optimized functionality. o Consistently report patient progress to referring physicians and other professionals involved in the ongoing treatment of the patient. o Create and document home exercise plans for patients to improve benefits of physical therapy. o Plan and execute discharge of patient Maintain contemporary knowledge in physical therapy practice through educational workshops, continuing education, etc. Communicate with stakeholders in a professional manner including, but not limited to, other health care professionals, insurance companies, third party payers, case managers, etc.Medical Specialty:
