Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC Experience working across SNF, acute/swing bed, and outpatient settings Comfort with a rural setting and driving in snow

M-F, 5x8s

Hours:

8-4:30 Mix of SNF, acute/swing bed, and outpatient care, with 75% in the outpatient setting 1-1 patient care
