Need coverage in Sterling Heights, Warren, Shelby Twp, Roseville, East point, Clinton Twp. $100 SOC $80 Eval $70 Revisit The ideal candidate will have a strong background in patient care and a passion for helping individuals recover from injuries and improve their physical well-being. This role involves working in various settings, including hospitals, clinics, and inpatient facilities, with a focus on providing high-quality therapeutic services to patients of all ages, particularly in pediatrics and acute care. Responsibilities Assess patients' physical abilities and limitations through comprehensive evaluations. Develop individualized care plans based on patient needs and goals. Implement therapeutic interventions, including trigger point therapy and other physical therapy techniques. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal recovery. Educate patients and their families on exercises, techniques, and lifestyle modifications to support rehabilitation. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic patient care. Maintain accurate documentation of patient treatments and progress in compliance with healthcare regulations. Stay updated on the latest advancements in physical therapy practices and techniques. Skills Strong knowledge of physiology and human anatomy. Experience in hospital settings, particularly with pediatric patients. Proficiency in acute care environments and inpatient rehabilitation. Excellent communication skills for effective patient interaction and education. Ability to develop comprehensive care plans tailored to individual patient needs. Familiarity with various physical therapy modalities and techniques. Strong organizational skills for managing multiple patients and documentation requirements.
