Job Description

Overview We are seeking a Full or Part Time Physical Therapist (PT) for a flexible Home Health position. This role allows you to schedule directly with your own patients, giving you significant control over when you start and end your day. You can often arrange visits around your personal appointments and life events. This position involves home care visits with adult and geriatric patients in the home setting.

Requirements:
Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy Active Physical Therapist license in Michigan (or ability to obtain) At least 1 year of treating experience Comfortable driving patient-to-patient throughout the day Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder To Apply, Please Include Answers to the
