Travel contract; specific schedule details provided during interviewEssential Responsibilities:
Conduct formal and informal assessments to evaluate skeletal, neurological, respiratory, and cardiovascular function Design individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans based on patient assessments and medical directives Document and update written treatment regimes in collaboration with physicians; revise care plans as patient needs evolve Oversee and delegate care activities to physical therapist assistants and aides, providing necessary supervision and co-signing verbal orders Organize patient-specific treatment schedules, coordinating intent and logistics with patients, families, and clinical staff Educate patients and families on their pathology or condition, available alternatives, prognosis, and treatment rationales through clear communication and practical demonstrationQualifications:
Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist Previous hospital-based physical therapy experience preferred Strong interpersonal and organizational skills Ability to delegate and supervise effectively within a clinical teamBenefits & Travel Perks:
