Develop goal-specific treatment plans based on assessment data and patient tolerance. Submit and update treatment regimes in coordination with physicians, including co-signing verbal orders as needed. Create a treatment schedule tailored to patient needs and coordinate with clinical support staff, patients, and families. Educate patients, families, and caregivers regarding their condition, treatment options, prognosis, and rationale for interventions. Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
What You Need Required:
Current Physical Therapist Assistant license in Michigan Minimum 1 year of relevant experience Strong assessment and patient education skills
Preferred:
