• 10-12 patients per day. Hard cap. Never double-booked.
• 40minute 1-on-1 visits. You build the plan of care, not an algorithm.
• AI scribe + our template system = most of our team finishes notes in under 4 minutes per patient, inside the clinic.
• No nights. No weekends. No call. No holidays.
• 2 weeks PTO year one. We want you to use it. What you'll actually earn:
• $75,000
• 90,000 base depending on experience
• Profit share averaged $12K
• 22K extra last year across our team

• CEU budget (Unlimited amount) that covers what you actually want to take (including Gray Institute / AFS track if that's your thing)
