Qualifications & Experience:

Valid and current Physical Therapist (PT) license Experience providing physical therapy in school environments is highly preferred Strong understanding of pediatric therapeutic techniques and individualized education plans (IEPs) Exceptional communication skills to partner with educators, administration, and families Ability to adapt interventions for students with diverse physical, cognitive, or emotional needs Professionalism, reliability, and the ability to work independently across campus settings

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and school administration to design and implement therapy plans Conduct assessments, develop individualized therapy goals, and monitor student progress Deliver targeted interventions and therapy sessions for students with mobility or motor challenges Educate school personnel and families regarding therapy strategies and accommodations Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with school and ethical standards Support students access to education by recommending and facilitating adaptive equipment as needed Flexibly respond to PRN scheduling needs, providing coverage and support where most needed Step into a fulfilling role that offers both flexibility and the chance to significantly shape students educational experiences.
