Job Description

Provides services to patients in order to prevent, assess, alleviate or correct physical disability, bodily dysfunction, or pain. Responsible for treating patients in an outpatient setting. Responsible for evaluating patient needs, establishing treatment plans and providing treatments/services accordingly. Will work with patients using current technology, treatment techniques and modalities consistent with department and hospital policies and procedures.
Schedule:
Full-time | 80 hours every two weeks | Onsite Days | 8-hour shifts | Clinic hours Monday-Thursday 7am-5:30pm and Friday 7am-4:30pm. No nights, weekends, or holidays!
Pay and Benefits:
Starting pay begins at $89,541.08 per year and increases with experience Salary range: $83,886.4 - $125,860.8 per year Salary range is based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate $5,000 hiring bonus and $5,000 relocation bonus Full time benefits : medical, dental, PTO, retirement, employee discounts and more! Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy required. Prior clinical or field work experience must provide clear evidence of clinical skills consistent with basic entry level positions. Basic Life Support (BLS) Current American Heart Association (AHA) Healthcare Provider card required per established policy. Physical Therapist (PT) Licensed by the MN Board of Physical Therapy as a physical therapist or current temporary permit. Specific clinical training in areas of special interest preferred. To be eligible for the hiring bonus you must be an external candidate who is hired into an eligible full-time or part-time benefited position. Previous CentraCare employees qualify if they have not worked for CentraCare for at least 9 months at the date of hire.
Relocation assistance requirements:
Must accept a position that offers benefits and may not have worked for CentraCare in the last 9 months. Must currently reside more than 50 miles away from Waite Park and relocate within 30 miles of Waite Park.
