Physical Therapist (PT) Split location between
ABA Center and Outpatient Clinic Hourly Range:

We're looking for a Full-Time Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team of passionate pediatric experts. Whether you're an experienced PT or a recent graduate, if you're committed to helping children reach their full potential, we want to meet you. What You'll Do As a Pediatric Physical Therapist, you'll support children with a variety of needs — including medically complex, developmental, and physical challenges — helping them improve mobility, strength, coordination, and overall independence. Evaluate, develop, and implement customized physical therapy treatment plans to restore physical function, relieve pain, or prevent physical dysfunction in pediatric patients Write and maintain skilled documentation, including evaluations, progress notes, daily notes, and discharge summaries Educate and support parents/caregivers in daily care and long-term strategies Monitor and adjust treatment plans as needed based on the child's progress and goals Assess natural environments (e.g., home, daycare) and recommend adjustments to support function and independence Recommend and provide instruction on specialized equipment (e.g., wheelchairs, braces) Collaborate with interdisciplinary professionals to deliver comprehensive care Manage a pediatric caseload and maintain open, consistent communication with families Accurately complete billing and documentation for services renderedCurrent Caseload Structure:
Approximately 50% outpatient services at our clinic Approximately 50% in-house services within 1-2 partnered ABA centers (subject to change based on caseload needs). Travel within the city to ABA centers is required; mileage reimbursement is provided What You Bring Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program Active Minnesota PT license (or eligible by start date) A true passion for working with children and families Pediatric experience preferred, but new grads are strongly encouraged to apply — we'll support your growth!
