Family Achievement Center of Central Minnesota (FAC-CMN) is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our collaborative, multidisciplinary pediatric clinic. FAC-CMN FAC-CMN
provides speech, occupational, and physical therapy services to infants through teens , both in person and via telehealth , with potential opportunities to collaborate with schools across Minnesota. Our multidisciplinary model allows therapists to grow, collaborate, and use their individual strengths every day. Job Responsibilities Provide physical therapy services to pediatric clients Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support child and family goals Maintain timely and accurate documentation Engage families and caregivers in the therapy process Deliver services in clinic and via telehealth as appropriate Qualifications Graduate from accredited Physical Therapy program Minnesota PT Board license required Pediatric experience preferred New graduates are welcome to apply!!
