Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Minnesota Physical Therapy license required prior to start. BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience in skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting preferred. New graduates encouraged to apply. Ability to work flexible schedule. Availability for full-time, part-time, or PRN assignments. Clinical competence across hospital inpatient, outpatient, or post-acute care desirable for Director of Rehab eligibility. Willingness to consider leadership responsibilities for eligible candidates interested in Director of Rehab role.
