Job Description

Synergy Care is looking for a qualified Physical Therapist for an open PRN position who is Lymphedema Certified in Cape Girardeau. We are looking for someone who will provide quality patient care and be a team player. In order to be considered for this position you must be a graduate of an accredited school for Physical Therapist or will graduate from such an institution within the next six (6) months. You must currently hold or be eligible for a valid state license (where appropriate) as a Physical Therapist.
