Full Job Description Position Overview:
We are seeking a Missouri-licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) or Physical Therapist (PT) to perform standardized Functional Capacity Evaluations on an as-needed basis as the company expands across Missouri. This is a great role for clinicians who enjoy objective testing, clear protocols, and working independently without treatment days or ongoing patient management.Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive, protocol-driven Functional Capacity Evaluations (FCEs) Conduct standardized testing including material handling, positional tolerances, cardiovascular tolerance, fine motor testing, and consistency of effort Collect objective data while maintaining professional, defensible documentation Communicate findings clearly and professionally Submit documentation same day; our team completes the final report within 48 hours Maintain high professional standards consistent with state workers' compensation guidelines and AMA Guides methodology Possibility of additional work being available if willing to travel to Kansas City or St. Louis for day trips, no overnight stays necessary.Qualifications:
Active Missouri OT or PT license required Prior experience with FCEs, industrial rehab, or orthopedic assessment preferred but not necessary (training available) Strong clinical reasoning and clear documentation skills Professionalism, reliability, and comfort working independently Ability to travel locally for scheduled evaluationsWhat We Offer:
