Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and clinical progress.
Perform therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and use of modalities.
Document patient progress, outcomes, and treatment plans accurately and in a timely manner.
Educate patients and families on exercises, safety, and strategies to support recovery and long-term wellness.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized therapy environment.
Collaborate with the therapy team and other healthcare staff to ensure coordinated, effective care.
Monitor patient responses to therapy and make clinical decisions to optimize outcomes.
Participate in professional development and contribute to a positive, supportive team culture.
RequirementsMaster's or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program (or anticipated graduation).Current Missouri PT license (or eligibility).Strong clinical reasoning and critical thinking skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with patients, families, and colleagues.
