DESCRIPTION
Physical Therapist (PT) Bel Oak of Gainesville Full-Time | PRN Want to be a part of a therapy team that feels like a family, and a job that feels like home? Come join the energetic and dedicated therapy staff at Bel Oak of Gainesville. We are looking for a compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team in Gainesville, MO. We offer Full-Time or PRN (Per Diem) opportunities to provide the best care to our residents. Responsibilities:
Provide physical therapy services to promote excellence in rehab care, interdisciplinary cooperation, and the quality of patient care. Evaluate and assess patients in a timely manner according to state, payor, or facility requirements. Develop individualized treatment plans and goals for patients, and provide treatment accordingly. Provide consultations and work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to promote the best outcomes for patients. Communicate with staff, patients, families, and other disciplines as necessary for coordinated care. Document treatment plans, goals, and progress according to Medicare and other payor guidelines. Participate in family conferences and provide updates on patient progress as needed. Record and submit timely documentation and treatment charges per facility policy and procedure.
Qualifications:
Current MO State License as a Physical Therapist. Ability to work as part of a dynamic and cooperative team, distributing the workload equitably and according to the department's needs. Strong ability to evaluate, assess, and plan individualized treatment plans for patients. Capability to educate, teach, and counsel patients, families, and staff on the rehabilitation process.
