Support clinical interventions using evidence-based practices under supervision of a Physical Therapist Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment for patients with physical functioning disorders Administer procedures including manual techniques, ambulation, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and use of supportive/assistive devices Assess patient progress and communicate updates to supervising Physical Therapist to modify treatment plans Document treatment details and patient progress accurately in electronic health records Counsel patients and their families regarding physical health and recovery strategies Participate in team meetings, care conferences, and ongoing training sessions Assist in obtaining necessary DME or supplies and support students under supervisionWhat You Need:
Active State PTA license Prior experience in long-term care settings preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to adhere to ethical standards and practice acts of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) About theAssignment:
