Travel Physical Therapist (PT)Position SummaryWe are seeking a Travel Physical Therapist (PT) to provide skilled therapy services across different healthcare settings. The PT will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide interventions to improve mobility, function, and independence.

Responsibilities Evaluate patients and assess strength, mobility, balance, and functional limitations. Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals. Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and functional training. Perform gait, balance, mobility, and strengthening interventions. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed. Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and safe mobility techniques. Document evaluations, treatments, progress, and patient responses accurately. Collaborate with physicians, therapists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals. Maintain patient safety and follow infection control and professional standards. Adapt to different facilities, patient populations, workflows, and clinical environments. Qualifications Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program. Current Physical Therapist license in the applicable state. Previous clinical or physical therapy experience preferred. Strong assessment, clinical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and adapt to different healthcare settings. Willingness and ability to travel for assignments.
