Responsibilities:

Perform evaluations and treatments for acute care and inpatient rehab patients. Utilize advanced skills in physical therapy to develop and implement patient care plans. Document patient progress accurately using Meditech system. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
