Full Job Description Role Overview:
This full-time Physical Therapist role involves providing outpatient pediatric care, with a focus on evaluation, treatment planning, patient education, and interdisciplinary collaboration. The ideal candidate will have experience or strong interest in pelvic floor rehabilitation and be willing to develop expertise in this area. Key responsibilities include establishing treatment plans, delivering therapy, educating patients and families, delegating tasks appropriately, and documenting care in accordance with departmental policies. Provide comprehensive evaluation and treatment services Collaborate with healthcare teams and educate patients/families Delegate interventions to assistants and students based on competency Complete accurate documentation of services
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy (required); Master's preferred Valid Physical Therapist License Experience with pelvic floor therapy is preferred or a strong interest in developing this specialty No prior supervisory experience required
Skills:
Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to assess and develop individualized treatment plans Competency in documentation and delegation
