Key Qualifications:
Current licensure as a Physical Therapist Experience or strong interest in pediatric or school-based settings Understanding of therapeutic practices for children ages 3-5 Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and families Excellent organizational and communication skills
Role Overview:
Provide targeted therapy services to early childhood students in accordance with individualized education plans (IEPs) Assess motor skills and functional abilities to develop goal-oriented treatment plans Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student engagement and access to learning Educate staff and families on physical therapy strategies that enhance student success in the classroom Maintain timely records and documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
