Help for Job Description. Opens a new window. The Physical Therapist (Outpatient\Inpatient) works under the supervision of leadership. Evaluates, plans and implements treatment programs for the rehabilitation of patients, as directed by a provider, using approved treatment procedures. Provides patient/family education. Participates in family conferences. Responsible for all necessary documentation as required by accepted medical guidelines. > Additional Information
