Physical Therapist Responsiblities:
Evaluate, plan and administer treatment to residents with temporary or long term disabilities to relieve pain, restore and improve function, and promote healing. Assure all treatment is delivered in accordance iwth and established plan of care Provide uality, personalized and evidence-based care and proven intervention to residents with a variety of personalities Offer cost-effective treatments that help improve residents motion and movility Provide clinical support and instruct residents, families, and caregivers; consult with other health professionals Monitor resident response to treatment intervention Complete required forms and documentation in accordance with company policy and state/federal regulations
Physical Therapist Requirements:
Physical Therapy License Is in good standing with all regultory agencies and licensing boards Full knowledge of residents rights
