Key Qualifications and Desired Experience:
Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist Previous experience in school-based or pediatric physical therapy preferred Strong diagnostic, assessment, and documentation skills Effective collaboration and communication abilities within multidisciplinary teams Capacity to work independently and manage a caseload efficiently Comfort working with children of varying ages and abilities
Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough physical therapy evaluations for students as referred Recommend appropriate therapeutic services and interventions Communicate evaluation results and service plans to educators and families Maintain clear, accurate documentation in accordance with school and regulatory standards Coordinate with teachers and related service providers to support student progress Adhere to all professional and ethical guidelines throughout service delivery Manage a flexible caseload, providing support as needed between now and December 1st
