Full Job Description Role Overview:
Seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide skilled inpatient physical therapy services in an acute care setting. The therapist will develop and implement personalized treatment plans, considering discharge needs and patient outcomes, and collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare providers. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, documenting interventions, and delegating tasks to assistants and students based on competency levels.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy Licensed Physical Therapist Strong communication and teamwork skills
Key Duties:
Establish and execute treatment plans and discharge strategies Educate patients and coordinate with healthcare teams Complete documentation per departmental policies Provide assessments, reassessments, and consultations
Preferred Qualifications:
