Physical Therapy License Full Job Description Role Overview:
Provides skilled physical therapy services in an outpatient setting, focusing on evaluation, treatment planning, and patient education. The role involves collaborating with patients, families, and healthcare teams, delegating tasks appropriately, and documenting care per departmental policies. Ideal candidates have experience or strong interest in pelvic floor rehabilitation and are eager to develop expertise in this specialty. Establishes treatment plans considering discharge needs and equipment requirements. Educates and consults with patients, families, and healthcare providers, making referrals as needed. Delegates interventions to assistants, techs, and students based on skill level. Completes documentation in accordance with policies. Conducts assessments, reassessments, and consultations for physical therapy services.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy (PT) Licensed as a
Physical Therapist Preferred:
Master's Degree in PT Experience and supervisor experience are not mandatory
Skills:
Strong clinical evaluation and treatment planning skills Effective communication and collaboration abilities Ability to delegate and supervise assistants and students Proficient documentation skills
Key Duties:
Develop and implement patient-specific treatment plans Educate patients and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams Delegate tasks appropriately to support staff and students Perform assessments, re-evaluations, and consultations Maintain accurate documentation in line with departmental policies
