Full Job Description Role Overview:
Seeking a Physical Therapist with experience in NICU and infant care for a PRN position. Responsibilities include evaluating and developing treatment plans, providing therapy, and considering discharge needs and equipment. The role involves educating and collaborating with patients, families, and healthcare teams, making referrals as needed, delegating tasks to assistants and students, and completing documentation per departmental policies. Qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy and a Physical Therapist License . Preferred candidates may hold a Master's Degree in PT. Minimal experience is required, with no supervisory experience necessary. Establishes and implements treatment plans considering patient needs and discharge planning. Collaborates with healthcare teams and educates patients and families. Delegates tasks appropriately and ensures proper documentation. Provides assessments, reassessments, and consultations for physical therapy services.
