Qualifications & Experience Required:

Masters degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist (or eligibility to obtain) Experience in a pediatric or school-based setting preferred Strong communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans Capacity for flexible thinking and creative problem-solving Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive learning environment

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive physical therapy assessments and interventions for students with diverse physical needs Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to create and modify treatment plans Support students in achieving their educational and developmental goals, both in and out of the classroom Document progress, maintain accurate records, and contribute to IEP meetings Educate school staff and families on adaptive equipment and mobility strategies Participate in ongoing professional development to remain current on best practices in pediatric therapy
