The Physical Therapist provides physical therapy services to patients, staff and the community to prevent and treat disability following disease, injury or other cause. The therapist evaluates, plans, provides treatment and collaborates with others to optimize functional recovery and minimize disability. Education:

Bachelor's Degree Successful completion of an accredited physical therapy program

Experience:
