Early Intervention / School Based Pediatric Physical Therapy About the Role We're looking for a compassionate, energetic Pediatric Physical Therapist (PT) to join our growing pediatric therapy team. This is a flexible role—perfect for someone who loves working with kids and families and wants control over their schedule. The position can be PRN with a minimum of 25 hours per week. You'll evaluate and treat children with developmental delays, neurological conditions, orthopedic concerns, and other pediatric diagnoses in a supportive, play-based environment. What You'll Do Perform pediatric physical therapy evaluations and treatments Create individualized plans of care and document progress Collaborate with families and caregivers to support carryover at home Work alongside OT and Speech Therapy team members Maintain timely and accurate documentation Requirements Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Mississippi (or eligible for licensure) Prior pediatric physical therapy experience highly preferred Medicaid credentialing (or willingness to become credentialed) Strong communication and family-centered care approach Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Reliable availability for PRN coverage Schedule / Compensation / Benefits Flexible hours / Weekdays only Great option for therapists seeking supplemental income or who desire to learn pediatric therapy Billable hourly rates from $35
