Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC PT license Master's degree Physical therapy certification
Assignment Details Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
Hours:
8 hours per day, 5 days per week.
Weekend and on-call requirement:
yes. Coverage area includes Attala County, Neshoba County, Kemper County, and Winston County. Responsibilities include in-home patient visits, PTA supervision, admissions, evaluations, and reassessments. Mileage is reimbursed between visits, from first patient to last patient.
