Physical TherapistWe are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist (PT) to evaluate and treat patients while helping them improve mobility, strength, function, and overall independence.

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and functional mobility training. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed. Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, mobility techniques, and home programs. Promote safe movement and functional independence. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and collaborate with the healthcare team.

Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program. Current PT license as required by the state. Current BLS certification. Previous clinical, rehabilitation, or healthcare experience preferred. Strong communication, assessment, and patient-care skills.
