Rehabilitation Manager __________________________________________________________________________________________ Purpose and Scope of Position This position is responsible for providing direct patient care, patient evaluations, consultations, and treatments to assist patients in reaching maximum physical performance. They perform an individualized evaluation and design a goal-directed customized plan to improve the person's physical function and mobility. The coordinator diagnoses dysfunction caused by injury and combines a good knowledge of therapeutic exercises and modalities to work with patients in strength training, exercise, and other techniques to facilitate recovery from a sports injury. __________________________________________________________________________________________ Job Requirements a. Required Qualifications Graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) approved physical therapy program Three (3) to Five (5) years of clinical rehabilitation experience Current Montana PT licensure Current Healthcare Provider CPR certification Experience treating a wide range of muscular and skeletal injuries Experience developing personalized rehabilitation programs b. Special Requirements Must be able to reason independently and work with minimal guidance. Must be able to interpret data and make sound judgments based on those interpretations. Must deal effectively with a wide variety of personalities and situations requiring tact, judgment, and poise. Must be able to adapt to quickly changing priorities and schedules. Must be able to maintain good working relationships with all co-workers and the general public and use good judgment in recognizing scope and authority. Must be able to demonstrate empathy and sensitivity necessary to elicit patient's/resident's cooperation and allay apprehensions •This position does not offer H-1B Visa Sponsorship
