On-Site | Outpatient Orthopedics About the Role Trixhire - AIVIRTRIX is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to join a well-established orthopedic outpatient practice serving an active community. The ideal candidate will have experience treating orthopedic conditions, strong manual therapy skills, and a passion for helping active individuals return to peak performance. Key Responsibilities Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions. Develop individualized treatment plans and rehabilitation programs. Provide one-on-one patient treatment sessions lasting approximately one hour. Utilize evidence-based manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercises. Collaborate with fellow clinicians in a supportive learning environment. Maintain accurate patient documentation during dedicated documentation time. Educate patients regarding injury prevention, recovery, and wellness strategies. Support active populations including athletes and recreational sports participants. Participate in continuing education and professional development activities. Deliver high-quality patient-centered care while maintaining strong patient relationships. Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent accredited degree. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuing education. Ability to work independently with full clinical autonomy. Preferred Qualifications 3-5+ years of outpatient orthopedic experience. Manual Therapy Certification. ABPTS Specialization (OCS, SCS, or similar). Dry Needling Certification. Experience working with athletic and active populations. Interest in sports rehabilitation and performance-focused care.
