JOB DESCRIPTION

Greet and engage with customers with a friendly, welcoming and professional demeanor. Provide excellent customer service and go the extra mile in assisting our customers while shopping in our store. Participate in product trainings and on-going product knowledge development to better serve our customers. Operate our POS system and cash register and assist customers with our loyalty program. Maintain department cleanliness and upkeep to a high standard, including: daily cleaning tasks, product organization, steaming, tagging, moving and stocking product, organizing shoe stock, etc. Carry a positive attitude and contribute to a fun and energetic work environment.

JOB SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS 1-2

years retail experience or other customer service related experience. Excellent customer service skills and ability to connect with people and build relationships. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of POS systems, computers and registers. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Ability to create positive relationships with customers, coworkers and management. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to stay motivated independently and take initiative on projects. Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
