Doctor of Physical Therapy - Pelvic Health Peak Pelvic Health Physical Therapy Apex, NC | Full-Time | Cash-Pay Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy About Peak Pelvic Health Peak Pelvic Health is not a traditional physical therapy clinic. We are a growing cash-pay pelvic health practice built on the belief that patients deserve one-on-one care and providers deserve the time, autonomy, and compensation to deliver exceptional outcomes. Every patient receives a full hour of dedicated treatment with their physical therapist. No overlapping patients. No aides. No rushing from room to room. Just high-quality care and meaningful relationships. Located in Apex, NC, Peak Pelvic Health has grown rapidly through word-of-mouth referrals, provider relationships, and strong patient outcomes. We are currently a three-provider practice with room to continue expanding and are looking for the right clinician to grow with us. What Makes This Role Different Full 60-minute one-on-one treatment sessions No insurance authorizations or reimbursement battles No double-booking or overlapping patients Clinical autonomy to treat patients the way you believe is best Mentorship from experienced pelvic health providers Opportunity to directly impact and help grow the practice Compensation structure that rewards strong performance The Role You will evaluate and treat patients across a variety of pelvic health conditions, including: Pregnancy and postpartum recovery Pelvic pain Urinary and bowel dysfunction Prolapse Pre- and post-surgical rehabilitation Core and pelvic floor dysfunction Men's pelvic health Pediatric pelvic health (experience preferred but not required) You will develop individualized treatment plans, guide patients through their full plan of care, and help deliver the exceptional patient experience that Peak Pelvic Health is known for. In addition to patient care, we look for clinicians who enjoy building relationships within the community and helping grow awareness of pelvic health services through networking and referral development. Schedule Full-time position Flexible scheduling Some early evening availability preferred One-on-one treatment model with no overlapping patients Compensation & Benefits We believe providers who create great outcomes and build strong patient relationships should share in the success they help create.
Compensation includes:
Base salary starting at $55,000, hit 80k @ 22 patients per week Monthly productivity bonuses Quarterly retention (Visits Per Patient) bonuses Paid time off and holidays Continuing education support Health insurance stipend Significant earning potential as your caseload grows Typical earnings for a fully established provider are expected to range from $80,000 to $95,000+ , with additional upside for high performers. QualificationsRequired Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) Licensed or eligible for licensure in North Carolina Strong communication and relationship-building skills Preferred Pelvic health training through Herman & Wallace, APTA Pelvic Health, or similar coursework Experience treating pelvic floor dysfunction Orthopedic background with interest in pelvic health Experience treating postpartum, pelvic pain, men's health, or pediatric populations Who Thrives Here We are looking for someone who: Takes ownership of their patient outcomes Values quality over volume Enjoys building relationships with patients and referral sources Is coachable and committed to continuous improvement Thinks like a practice builder, not just an employee Wants the opportunity to grow professionally and financially Why Peak Pelvic Health Our mission is simple: provide the highest quality pelvic floor physical therapy in the Triangle while creating an environment where providers can do their best work.
