Why You'll Love Working Here Focus on Exceptional Patient Care Average of 12 patients per day One-on-one treatment sessions with 40-minute appointments Opportunity to grow and expand our Pelvic Health program Diverse outpatient caseload including: Pelvic Health Orthopedic Balance & Vestibular Neurological AI-assisted documentation technology to reduce documentation time Grow Your Career Company-paid certifications in: Pelvic Health Balance Orthopedics FYZICAL College with unlimited CEU opportunities $1,500 annual CEU reimbursement Structured mentorship and collaborative clinical support Career advancement opportunities within a growing national organization Outstanding Compensation & Benefits $7,500 Sign-On Bonus Profit Sharing up to $1,500/month Up to $50,000 Student Loan Repayment Assistance Industry-leading health benefits 401(k) with company match Generous Paid Time Off Paid Holidays Flexible scheduling options What You'll Do Evaluate and treat patients with pelvic floor dysfunction, including urinary and bowel conditions, pelvic pain, pregnancy and postpartum conditions, and related diagnoses Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans Provide patient education to improve long-term outcomes Treat orthopedic patients as part of a well-rounded outpatient caseload Collaborate with physicians and referring providers to grow pelvic health referrals Maintain timely, accurate documentation using AI-assisted technology Qualifications Active North Carolina Physical Therapist license (or ability to obtain) Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program Experience treating pelvic floor patients is strongly preferred Pelvic Health certification is a plus but not required Excellent communication and patient education skills Passion for providing compassionate, individualized care Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment Schedule Full-Time Monday-Friday No weekends Why FYZICAL?
