Full Job Description Job Overview:
Pediatric Therapy Associates is looking for a caring, compassionate, hard working pediatric physical therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. We are an established practice with opportunities for growth in a fun, supportive working environment. The position is fully clinic based in our Cary office, with excellent comprehensive benefits and a generous paid time off policy. The schedule is a 4 day work week with Fridays off (Monday-Thursday 8:00-6:30). New graduates and experienced therapists are welcome to apply! We offer a comprehensive mentoring program for new graduates.
Duties:
  • Evaluate patients' medical history and perform physical examinations
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings
  • Administer therapeutic exercises and techniques to improve strength, range of motion, and coordination
  • Educate caregivers on home programming and carry over exercises/activities
  • Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
  • Valid North Carolina licensure as a Physical Therapist
  • Experience working with pediatric patients is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
