$20,000 Sign-On Bonus Available! Sampson Regional Medical Center is s eeking an enthusiastic, highly motivated Physical Therapist to serve as a member of our multi-disciplinary rehabilitation team!
Description:
The selected candidate will primarily work in the outpatient rehabilitation center with occasional coverage in the acute care setting. Candidates should have both inpatient and outpatient experience and be comfortable with basic musculoskeletal and neuromuscular diagnoses. Will perform examinations and treatments of individuals referred to Physical Therapy. Based on the examination, the physical therapist organizes and constructs a treatment plan of care that is designed to restore function, prevent disability following disease, injury and/or loss of body part, and assist in the attainment of the patient's maximum functional level. The written plan of care is expected to follow the required documentation standards set forth by regulating agencies such as the PT Board of Examiners & CMS. Experienced Physical Therapists and recent graduates are encouraged to apply. Multidisciplinary onboarding process will be provided for new grads. Qualifications:
B.S., M.S. or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited Physical Therapy school required Annual certificate of licensure by the State of North Carolina required BLS certification required One year of clinical experience preferred Explore the Possibilities at Sampson Regional
