Job Description
Shape the role you actually want — and we'll help you get there A physical therapy job usually comes pre-built: someone hands you the hours, the caseload, and the plan of care. We do it differently. Working together, we help you shape the role you actually want — your day-to-day schedule, the specialty you want to grow, and, when you're ready, a real path toward partnership. The goal isn't to hand you a finished job, or to leave you to figure it out alone — it's to shape the right one with you. We're a growing, community-based physical therapy practice in the Lake Norman area, hiring one Physical Therapist for our Cornelius (Catawba) office to put down roots in this community. If you're looking for more than a paycheck and a punch clock, keep reading. What you'll shape here Your schedule. You set your own days and hours. We build the practice around motivated people who do their best work with that kind of freedom — not a rigid 8-to-5. How you run your care. You decide how your day flows. Overlapping patients is always your call — but in practice our PTs treat one-on-one, giving each person direct, undivided care from a Doctor of Physical Therapy. Your specialty. We treat an active population across a wide range of areas: dry needling, blood flow restriction (BFR), pelvic health, sports and post-surgical rehab, running and golf assessments, hand therapy, and diagnostic ultrasound imaging. Bring the specialty you're passionate about, or grow into a new one — we'll back your continuing education and certifications. Your path to partnership. For clinicians who want it, there's a genuine route toward partnership in the practice — we'll map out a path with you. Along the way, you'll practice in an ecosystem, not a silo: you'll collaborate day-to-day with a team of providers, including trainers through our partnership with InMotion Fitness, plus massage therapists, stretch therapists, and nutritionists. About us Our mission is to create an exceptional treatment environment and to remain the premier choice for rehabilitation in the communities we serve. We support one another through challenges, push each other toward clinical excellence, and grow a sustainable business that improves everyone's quality of life. Our success is owed to people who believe in that vision and commit to paying it forward. Who we're looking for A licensed Physical Therapist (NC license or license-eligible) who wants to put down roots in Davidson. The right person who is genuinely invested in their community — engaging with patients, local partners, and the staff around them — and driven to pursue excellence in a specialty over time. If you value autonomy, collaboration, and growing alongside a practice rather than inside a corporate machine, you'll fit right in. Benefits Flexible schedule Health insurance Paid time off Continuing education credits and support for developing your specialty Opportunities for advancement, including a path toward partnership
