In addition, specific functions may change from time to time: Examines, tests, measures, generates, and interprets data/information findings for physical therapy diagnosis Recognizes, selects, and utilizes effective methods of verbal and non-verbal interactions based on the age of the patient Develops and modifies goals and treatment plans Delivers various therapeutic interventions accurately and effectively Delegates and monitors aspects of care to appropriate PT personnel Documents services delivered clearly, concisely, and accurately Accurately records and submits patient related charges for patient billing and departmental productivity Efficiently utilizes resources of human, equipment and supplies Authorized to have access to medications within their scope of practice Other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications The following qualifications, or equivalents, are the minimum requirements necessary to perform the essential functions of this job:

Education and Formal Training :

Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from a CAPTE accredited academic institution Master's degree preferred Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of

North Carolina Work Experience :

New graduate or experienced clinicians considered
