Education and Formal Training :
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from a CAPTE accredited academic institution Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state ofNorth Carolina Work Experience :
New graduate or experienced clinicians consideredKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required :
Strong interpersonal skills Good written and verbal ability Exercises good judgment and problem-solving skills Effectively works in a team-oriented environment Demonstrates comprehensive knowledge and integration of factors involved in patient care such that clinician is considered a resource to others in the department Demonstrates respect in all communication Problem solves in an ethical and effective manner Demonstrates flexibility and teamworkPhysical Requirements :
Ability to communicate orally, read, write, hear, and visually assess patient status Ability to utilize proper body mechanics when examining or delivering care Ability to transfer and transport patients of various body weight and composition Ability to stand, bend, stoop, lift, turn, twist, sit, and walk frequently Ability to demonstrate proper use of and manipulate equipment #CFVH-2025
