Assignment Details:

Extended School Year (ESY): July 8, 2026 July 30, 2026, Monday Thursday, 8:00 am 12:30 pm

Full Time:

August 13, 2026 May 28, 2027, Monday Friday, 8:00 am 3:30 pm, 35 hours per week

Caseload:

Approximately 50 students shared among the team, serving a range of grade levels across several nearby schools

Travel:

Mileage reimbursed for travel between campuses

Qualifications:

Current Physical Therapist license Experience in a school-based setting preferred Previous exposure to early intervention and Pre-K students highly valued TPBA PreK evaluation certification a plus (not required) Must complete fingerprinting to work with Pre-K students Flexibility to travel between different school sites

Responsibilities:

Provide direct and consultative physical therapy services to students based on Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Conduct assessments and actively participate in IEP meetings Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including PTAs, teachers, and parents Help ensure students mobility, safety, and access within the school environment Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and required documentation
