We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team in a district itinerant position. The Physical Therapist will provide evaluation, treatment, consultation, and support services to students across multiple schools within the district.

Responsibilities:

Provide physical therapy services to students in special education Evaluate, screen, and monitor student progress Write evaluation reports, progress notes, and individualized education plans (IEPs) Collaborate with parents, teachers, and administrators to support student goals Perform other related duties as needed

Qualifications:
