- , you will: + Plan and administer prescribed physical therapy treatment for patients, working onsite in their homes, to attain highest level of physical function.

Required Qualifications:
- + Current and unrestricted Physical Therapy license + Current CPR certification + Experience collaborating with a team of healthcare professionals
Preferred Qualifications:
- + One year of experience as a Physical Therapist Pay Per Visit/Unit Rate $59.00 - $83.00
