Position:
Nealy Pierce will help you achieve your career goals. We are looking for therapists who are committed to serving their patients with care and compassion, and in return, we will help you find a position that is committed to supporting your therapy career through annual merit increases, career growth programs, preceptorship, and more. In this position, you would get to work on a team with a total of over 75 other therapists on the Acute Care team plus support staff. You will have the opportunity to work all over the hospital on floors like ICU, Brain Injury, Stroke, Ortho, and more! It is a great place for someone who is interested in continuing to learn different aspects of therapy or someone who likes variety in their day-to-day.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's, Master's or Doctorate of Physical Therapy from an accredited program Complete evaluations, assessments, and treatments in accordance with policy and the individualized physical therapy care plan Open to New Grads and Experienced Therapists Complete all documentation and records in a timely and accurate manner Valid professional license in the state of practice or the ability to obtain one Recognize and respond to priorities in patient care showing initiative and sound judgment Servant leader mindset
