This flexible position combines both VOCO (virtual) and onsite service delivery, allowing you to be a vital support for students physical development and progress within the school setting. Key Qualifications:

Active Physical Therapist (PT) license Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred Confident conducting assessments, implementing treatment plans, and documenting services in accordance with school and state guidelines Comfortable providing both direct and consultative services, virtually and in person Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to contribute effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team, including participation in IEP meetings

Role Responsibilities:

Provide physical therapy evaluations and direct therapy for K12 students with varied needs Deliver services with a 1 hr. direct : 0.5 hr. indirect time ratio, following DPI guidelines Consult with educators, families, and school staff to promote student safety, mobility, and success in school settings Complete documentation, progress notes, and regulatory paperwork with accuracy and timeliness Actively participate in IEP meetings and collaborate to shape treatment goals and strategies Engage in ongoing communication with stakeholders to maximize student outcomes
