Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a full time physical therapist in this cash-based clinic that caters primarily to women's pelvic health. We utilize an integrative-style, whole body approach with a mix of physical therapy and health coaching. Patient demographics are mostly female athletes, pregnant and postpartum moms, women with chronic pain and connective tissue disorders, or other common pelvic concerns such as leaking and prolapse. Duties Conduct thorough patient evaluations, including internal examination of the pelvic floor. Deliver individualized treatment approaches. Utilize EMR system to document patient progress, treatment details, and clinical notes accurately Maintain Basic Life Support (BLS) /CPR, and state licensure to ensure safety during all patient interactions. Requirements Active PT license in NC Minimum Level 1 pelvic floor training with an in-person lab for internal exams (Herman and Wallace, APTA, or ICE) Benefits 32 , 36, or 40 hour work week Flexible scheduling One on one, hour long appointments Ability to dictate plan of care based on patient needs rather than insurance requirements Minimal documentation 2 weeks PTO $1000 continuing education credits 2 week onboarding + monthly/quarterly mentorship meetings 3% 401k match Subscription for a direct primary care physician
Pay:
$41.00 - $45.00 per hour
