9661036-27850 Job Description Embark on a rewarding contract position supporting K-12 students through both onsite and virtual (VOCO) physical therapy services. Desired Skills and Experience:

Valid Physical Therapist license, with experience in school-based PT preferred Ability to serve K-12 student populations, adapting strategies for diverse developmental needs Strong assessment and documentation abilities, in accordance with school and DPI guidelines Familiarity with scheduling direct and indirect service minutes (1-hour direct:0.5-hour indirect ratio per DPI standards) Competence in providing both in-person and virtual (VOCO) services Effective collaboration and communication skills with multidisciplinary teams Comfort participating in IEP meetings and offering consultative support to educators and families

Primary Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individual therapy plans Deliver direct therapy sessions to students and document progress Provide consultative services, recommendations, and support to school staff and families Maintain compliance with required documentation and DPI service ratios Attend and contribute to multidisciplinary team and IEP meetings Support student inclusion and participation in educational activities through targeted interventions
