As a Mobile Physical Therapist, you'll provide outpatient Physical Therapy directly in patients' homes throughout Mooresville and the surrounding communities . These patients are not homebound. Responsibilities include:

Perform Physical Therapy evaluations and treatments Develop individualized plans of care Provide strength, balance, mobility, and functional interventions Address fall prevention and safety Adapt treatment to each patient's home environment Monitor progress and update treatment plans Communicate with the interdisciplinary care team Complete timely and accurate documentation Build strong relationships with patients and families What We're Looking For We're looking for a PT who is compassionate, dependable, clinically confident, and comfortable working independently.

Qualifications:

Active North Carolina Physical Therapist license At least 1 year of home health and/or geriatric experience preferred Experience treating adult and geriatric populations preferred Strong clinical judgment Excellent communication and organizational skills Dependable and patient-focused Comfortable collaborating with an interdisciplinary team New graduates may be considered depending on clinical background, experience, and overall fit.
